Wholesale Policies:
At checkout, Wholesale Customers must choose “WHOLESALE ORDERS ONLY”. This will automatically add a $20 shipping & handling deposit to your order. This deposit does not reflect the actual fees necessary for your order to reach you. Please note that a 3.75% credit card processing fee will remain in effect. Printworthy will refund/bill you accordingly with any updated shipping & handling and/or credit card processing fees after your order has been placed.
We strive to ship wholesale orders within 1 week of when the order was placed. It may take longer if supplies must be ordered in order to fulfill your request. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.
If you prefer to pay be check, feel free to send me a list of requested items— either by sending a screenshot of your online cart, or emailing us your requested items (please make sure to include the item title, size, and color).
Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Contact Printworthy within 3 days of receipt and report any damaged or defective shipments. Defective merchandise that has been brought to our attention within 3 days of receipt will be replaced free of charge.
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise, as noted above.
